Guest are welcome to help themselves from the sideboard, where there is orange and apple juice available, a selection of cereals, organic yogurts and a seasonal fresh fruit salad.

There are also a wide range of home-made perserves and marmalade.

A carafe of coffee, a pot of tea, as well as a range of herbal and fruit teas and hot chocolate are served. Decaffinated ranges are available.

The Full English Breakfast which guests can customise to their personal taste and appetite consists of the following;

locally made pork or vegetarian sausages, bacon, hash browns, mushrooms, tomato, baked beans, scrambled, poached or fried egg.

Smoked salmon and poached or scrambled egg served on a bed of spinach and toasted granary bread. Accompanied with a dill and mustard sauce.

Continental breakfast, with a variety of fresh fruit, cheeses and meats served with warm freshly baked rolls .

Porridge made with orangic jumbo oats accompanied with syrup, brown sugar and preserve.

Pastries include croissants or a selection of mini danish pastries.

Toast is served to suit your preference.

Special Dietary needs can of course be catered for, although notification at time of booking is helpful.
